Currently this Online Privacy Policy applies to all users of the FactMinder website located at www.FactMinder.com (the "Site"), whether they are general visitors to the public portions of our website, or customers who register for access to other portions of our website.

However, FactMinder Inc would like to remind its users that technology is no substitute for common sense. For this reason, we strongly encourage users to keep their login names and passwords secret and to change their password when they think they have become compromised.

FactMinder serves general users of the World Wide Web. We support and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and other laws and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, nor do we share such information with third parties. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to register and create a profile at FactMinder.
